Dianah holds a Master’s degree in Media and Communications and is CIPD Level 5 certified. Additionally, she is an accomplished author, having co-authored a poetry collection and written a book of short stories. Her diverse expertise spans technology, aviation, and investment sectors.

Akinyemi has held key roles at Leadway Assurance, including Regional Strategy Coordinator and Principal Investment & Strategy, where he led significant investments and corporate expansion across West Africa. His background also includes credit analysis and business development, with a proven track record of successful project management and strategic decision-making.

She holds a Master’s degree in Global Management from the London School of Economics and has expertise in driving organizational efficiency and innovation. As a co-founder and Operations Director at Chari Holdings UK, she led the development of an AI-driven retail platform and secured government funding for the project. At Total Upstream Nigeria, she successfully managed contracts for major oil projects, including the $16 billion EGINA project, achieving substantial cost savings through strategic negotiations and procurement.
