Job Summary

As a trainee in the strategy department, you will embark on an immersive learning journey to develop essential skills and gain practical experience in the world of advertising and strategic planning. This role is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in advertising strategy, consumer insights, market research, and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Analysis

● Conduct market research to identify industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
● Analyze data and gather insights to support strategic decision-making.
● Monitor and report on the performance of advertising campaigns

Creative Brief Assistance

● Collaborate with strategists and creative teams to contribute to the creation of comprehensive creative briefs.
● Assist in translating client objectives into clear creative direction.

Competitive Analysis

● Analyze competitor advertising strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
● Maintain a competitive intelligence database for reference in strategy development.

Client Interaction

● Support senior strategists in client meetings and presentations.
● Assist in understanding client goals and objectives.
● Participate in client pitches and proposal development.

Campaign Planning

● Learn to develop advertising strategies that align with client goals.
● Assist in developing campaign concepts, messaging, and targeting strategies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Reporting and Documentation

● Compile data and insights into reports and presentations.
● Maintain accurate records of strategy documents and campaign plans.
● Participate in post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Learning

● Mastering the strategy tools (The OIIC and Marcoins) and their application.
● Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities.
● Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
● Strong analytical and research skills.
● Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
● Enthusiasm for creativity and strategic thinking.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
