Job Objective

Identify, develop and manage high revenue accounts with maximum margin profitability within the products offered and billing sector. Develop and maintain relationships between the company and its customers; acting as the liaison between the company and art directors, content marketers, copywriters and/or partners/potential partners who are usually under contract with the company.

You'll be expected to stay abreast of current technological realities, and proactively incorporate them into your daily work.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

● Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
● Manage and grow key customer relationships within existing accounts whilst
developing new business opportunities
● Provide Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly/quarterly sales
results and annual forecasts) for business performance
● Develop strategies for client advertising campaigns
● Devise and implement strategies for meeting account and revenue targets
● Plan and manage(monitor) major campaigns from start to finish
● Work with creative and digital team to deliver the creative required for the
execution of campaigns
● Ensure that key deliverables required for each account are delivered on time
and to specifications according to customer needs and objectives
● Attend client and status update meetings
● Liaise with client to ensure smooth running of account
● Managing a portfolio of accounts
● Report on activities and campaigns and Provide insights and recommendations
● Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal
and external stakeholders
● Work with finance on media plan approval, vendor payments and client
● Engage and work with vendors and influencers
● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
● Prepare reports on account status
● Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Business Development
● Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
● Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
● Collaborate with the sales team to prospect new customers and develop
proposals to convert them
● Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of
improvement to meet sales quotas
● Sell a wide portfolio of traditional and digital advertising/marketing solutions

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications

●University degree in any social science or Business related course, with minimum of second class
● A related Post graduate degree/Certification

Relevant Experience

● 5 years Business Development & Corporate Sales experience in an advertising Agency with strengths in digital marketing is required
● Creative approach for up-selling to existing client base and generating new
● In-depth knowledge of strategy and deployment in all aspects of marketing
especially digital which includes PPC, SEO, SEM, content creation, advertising,
social media marketing, Email marketing and analytics
● Account management skills
● Strong presentation skills and comfortable performing demonstrations
● Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
● Ability to multitask effectively.
● Experience working with global brands, multinationals, FMCG etc).

relationship building.
