Leye Makanjuola

Leye is a marketing and technology professional and a business-savvy leader. He studied media and communication at Pan Atlantic University, Lagos, and has earned marketing and digital transformation certifications from the University of Pennsylvania-Wharton, University of Virginia, and Boston Consulting Group.

He holds an MBA from Said Business School, Oxford, UK. Leye has a wide array of skills, which include sales, negotiation, business analysis and development, project planning, and research.

He has led consulting projects for brands like Daily Trust and The Leadway Group. He is a Said Foundation Scholar.

Chief Operating Officer

Bukonla Adebakin

Bukonla is a people-focused, process-driven executive with expertise working at the crossroads of media, technology, and development.

Among her areas of expertise are leading cross-functional teams, business growth, customer retention, strategy, acquisition, partnerships, managing P&L and top-line revenue growth, project management, operations, and improving brand loyalty through a customer-centric culture to improve organizational performance and revenue.

She has consulting experience in the corporate, public, and non-profit sectors. She holds an MBA from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.

Financial Controller

Augustine Okwuamabua

Augustine is a highly skilled professional with a proven track record of enhancing financial processes through effective communication, interpersonal skills, critical analysis, problem-solving, and leadership. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nexford University.

He has over 12 years of expertise in financial and corporate reporting, Financial analysis and modeling, internal control and audit, budgeting, tax management, treasury management, and payroll management. He has spent the last ten years working for a full-fledged digital agency, where he has made significant contributions to the organisation’s success.

He is interested in finance and the online media advertising space.

Damilola Kosoko

Damie partners with leaders across Intense Group to develop and implement strategic, people-centric approach within the dynamic realm of marketing technology. She is a seasoned HR Professional with a diverse background encompassing consulting, tech startups, and non-profit organizations.

Her passion lies in fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration that empowers individuals and drives organizational success. Damie is a professional member of Human Resource Certificate Institute, USA,. The Women in HR Initiative, and the Network for HR Professionals Nigeria.

Her key expertise include; Strategic HR Planning, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition & Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Organizational Development.

Kunle Omope

Kunle is an award-winning brand storyteller. He has excelled at agencies like WhiteChapel, Noah’s Ark, Leo Burnett Lagos, and SO&U Ltd. Kunle’s expertise spans diverse brands such as Indomie, Hypo, First Bank, Airtel, Enterprise Life and more.

Proficient in creative concept development, copywriting, and voiceovers, he also enjoys literary pursuits like reading and writing poetry and prose alongside his professional endeavors.

Kelvin Onyeka

Kelvin believes that you can reach a man’s inner being if you know what drives him. Over the years, he has honed his expertise in various domains, including integrated marketing communication strategy, brand management, sales, market research, data analysis, and business strategy. Kelvin finds immense satisfaction in immersing himself in the world of consumers.

He delves deep into the reasons underlying their actions, their aspirations, fears, and desires, and the driving forces shaping their identities. Moreover, he is captivated by how businesses can foster growth by tapping into consumers’ motivations, lifestyles, habits, touchpoints, and trends.

Debisi Sami-Orungbe

Debisi is a marketing and advertising professional with over 10 years of experience in developing business and content strategies for a variety of brands across different industries as well as translating global strategies for international brands and executing across Africa.

He also dedicates his time towards empowering SMEs and hosts regular training sessions where he instills the basics of digital and social media marketing.

Michael Ugbodu

Michael is an experienced Account manager and Strategist with experience working with Finance, Media, Law and FMCG brands in Nigeria, North America, Europe, and Asia. He has worked with brands like Cadbury, KFC, National Today, Kidadl, Daily Trust, Cordial Exchange, Leadway Assurance, amongst others in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

With various marketing certifications from top companies like Google, Facebook, Digital Marketing Institute, SEMRush, and Hubspot, he applies his acquired knowledge diligently in his work to help brands achieve their marketing and sales goals.

Abiola is a marketing professional with over 6 years experience in Digital Strategy, Growth Marketing and Account Management.

He has worked with teams across various industries and notable brands like Fidelity bank, Sankore Investments, Saunders, Wealth.ng, Total Energies, Oando,  Meristem, Juno, Fuzu, Multichoice as well as worked with teams behind PiggyVest and Kuda bank to build and launch products.
